We finished up another house in El Campo, TX today! This one was an insurance claim, and we were able to increase the pitch of the roof over their front porch from a 0/12 to a 4/12, upgrade them from 3tab to Timberline HDZ Dimensional, install all new flashing(including the chimney), and restore all vents and boots.
If you don’t know, improper chimney flashing is an incredibly common source of faulty roofs. As always, we offer a 5 year warranty on our repairs and 20 years on our replacements.
